Rondebosch Cricket Club is delighted to announce a “Fun”tastic annual Fundraiser for Cricket in 2020.
“A Cricket Day at the Races” will take place at the Kenilworth Race Course on Saturday 29 February 2020 and we are looking for your support to take up a great opportunity as a sponsor for this event.
It’s going to be a Saturday afternoon of action packed racing at the Kenilworth Race Course. The tickets will cost R500pp, which will include a 3-course luncheon (with wine on the table), entrance and parking at the Wetton Road entrance. The lunch will be served in the magnificent Kenilworth room which has a panoramic view of the track and a private tote for guest’s convenience. Tables will accommodate ten people.
Trevor Quirk will be the MC in the Kenilworth room and Robin Jackman will attend.
We will get professional racing tips which will be supplied by Mark Van Deventer, one of the top Cape tipsters.
The Race Day offers an excellent time to host your start of a new financial year on this special leap year day or just to have some fun with your mates.
Opportunity for the ladies to dress up and feel special.
A table will cost R5 000 for 10 tickets. Tickets will be hand delivered.
We appeal to you all for your support in this annual event. All proceeds go towards running, coaching and enhancing the cricket facilities at Rondebosch Cricket Club.
