Functions, Parties & Meetings

1. No closed venue hire

2. No exclusivity (you will mix with club members who may be in the

bar and outside areas)

3. Last round 23h00

4. 10% gratuity will be added to food and bar tabs

5. No sound equipment to be brought in.

6. No DJs

7. An HDMI cable to be supplied by RSC

8. RSC sound equipment to be used through a laptop or USB stick

9. No food or drinks to be brought into the Rondebosch Sports Club

and Caught & Bowled Bistro

10. A deposit of R1000 will be required to secure the booking

11. The music volume will be at the bar manager's discretion

12. The kitchen closes at 21h00 so all meals will be served by 20h30

13. All outstanding food bills to be settled before 21h00

14. A Minimum per head spend will be determined by the number of

people attending.

15. All events over R2000 will require an EFT, to reflect into the

Caught & Bowled bank account before the function

16. All Sunday events will end at 18h00

17. All décor must be removed on the same day unless prior

arrangements have been made

18. Caught & Bowled Bistro and the Rondebosch Sports Club take no

responsibility for the décor, before, during and after the event

19. Any bowls event will require R500 to secure the green
